Lyonswood was founded by Warren Mallard, a former president of the Association of Commercial and Private Inquiry Agents (ACPIA), National Association of Investigators (NAI) and The Institute of Mercantile Agents (IMA) who also served as the Area Governor for The World Association of Detectives (WAD) and World Investigators Network (WIN).
Robert Fahim, the current managing director of Lyonswood Investigations and Forensic Group, has over 15 years of experience in various facets of the investigations industry and has assisted thousands of clients in the private, corporate and government sectors.
Robert's excellent skills in client management were first developed in retail whilst he was at school and then refined at NRMA where he won awards for his performance. His first foray into the investigations industry was in 2007 when he worked for Lyonswood as an investigation consultant. Since then, Robert has also performed credit card fraud collections for American Express as well as claims investigation management for Zurich. He became Lyonswood's Investigations Manager in 2016 and, after three and a half years in this position, took over the reins as managing director of Lyonswood in 2020.
Under Robert's guidance, the dedicated and professional team at Lyonswood design and manage investigations tailored to clients' specific requirements. Robert is also experienced in security, commercial agent activities and process serving and has experience managing investigations involving the use of forensic experts.
Our director Robert Fahim is an experienced investigator and security consultant. In addition to nearly twenty years in the industry, Robert has the following qualifications: Certificate III Investigative Services, Certificate IV Investigations, Advanced Diploma Government Investigations, Diploma of Government Fraud Control, Diploma of Management Business and Management Administration, Certificate III in Mercantile Agents, Certificate in Security II / III, Certificate IV in Security Risk Management, Monadnock Defensive Tactics and Weaponless Control – Training, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, Certificate IV Work Health and Safety, Certificate II / III / IV in Armed Guarding (Category H), Advanced First Aid and Diploma of Government Security.
